IOT Based Food Spoilage Detection System using Arduino

In the modern age of technology and with increasing dependence on smart techniques such as the mobile phone, there is a demand for quick and easy solutions to everyday tasks. This project is based on a food detection system using Arduino. A microcontroller board has the ability to perform functions that include input and output interpretation and sensor activation. Generally, food is stored in a refrigerator, which reduces the rate of bacteria production. Certain items that are perishable or not in use for a long time need to be detected and notified to the user. This project is basically discussed to solve the food spoilage through sensors by continuously sensing the signals from the food and displaying the Ph value of methane on 16*2 LCD panel along with buzzer and LED and also sending an alert message to the registered mobile phone.
