This paper presents an implementation of a gestural vocalizer for mute and deaf people, which will allow mute and deaf people to convey their message in sign language, which is converted to sound and also displayed. After putting on the gloves and turning on the system, as soon as the user uses sign language to convey a message, the system converts the message into an audio signal and is also displayed. In this project we used an Arduino UNO controlled Hand Gesture Vocalizer. This project documentation contains all the main design aspects.
