How does the delivery process work?

• Once your order is processed by our system, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.

• After they pass the final round of quality control, they are packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

• Our delivery partners will then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In the event that they are unable to reach you at the address provided or at a convenient time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are the items packed?

We are committed to the sustainability of our packaging and at the same time ensure the safety of shipped orders. Our Sun robotics outer carton is environmentally friendly and made from 100% recycled paper. We use paper fillers instead of bubble wrap where possible, which is a process of continuous improvement for us. We are committed to further substantially reducing the amount of plastic in our packaging and are constantly innovating new solutions given the nature of our category.

What is the range of locations where Sun robotics ships its products?

Sun robotics does not currently ship internationally.

My order has been shipped. How can I watch it now?

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation message to the registered e-mail address and phone number. As we will prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of confirmation, you can then check the status of your package using the "Track" button under "My Orders". You can also choose to receive order updates on WhatsApp.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually ship most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

• While we have 95% of our catalog in our inventory, certain products must come directly from the brand itself in order to deliver on our promise of fresh, non-expired products.

• While we do our best to avoid this situation, these products may delay your order.

• If you are ordering our Mega Sale products, shipments may be slightly delayed due to increased volumes. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? What does it mean?

Do not worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order could simply have been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Please be assured that you will only need to pay postage/COD if necessary on the first package you receive.

Are there any shipping charges for my order?

• We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.

• Shipping charges are currently: - New customers - Free shipping on orders over 299 Existing customers - Free shipping on orders over 299.

• We currently do not accept cash on delivery orders below Rs 499 or above Rs 50,000.

Does Sun supply robotics outside India?

Sun robotics does not currently ship internationally.
