Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the conditions set out below apply to all transactions of goods and materials and / or design services with Sun robotronics to the Consumer of Goods and / or Services.

These conditions will apply to all orders placed on Sun robotronics by the consumer. The adoption of Sun robotronics for any order is subject to the Customer's acceptance of these terms which will supersede all other terms and conditions that are not related to it, whether expressed, implied or otherwise incorporating the terms, conditions or conditions contained in the Buyer's purchase order or otherwise or other consumer claims and they are also inconsistent or added to these terms. The same will not apply to Sun robotronics unless it has been adopted and specifically signed with Sun robotronics.

• Risk of loss due to damage or damage to Sun robotronics the products will be the Customer's responsibility upon delivery to the supervisor for removal. The Buyer directly and indirectly agrees that the Customer will not (and will ensure that the Contacts), "review developers", modify, or alter the Products, Spares or any of its components or components, or make any attempt to do so he or she belongs to any third party, or assists any third party to do the same, and thereby excludes any other rights under applicable law in this regard.

General

The Terms and Conditions referred to, constitute the entire Agreement between the Parties and take any prior written or oral agreement between them relating to the subject of the Contract with the Consumer acknowledging that upon entering into the Contract, subject to any representations not expressly set forth in this Agreement.

If any provision of these terms is deemed to be invalid, invalid or unenforceable, the legitimacy and enforcement of the remaining portion of the Agreement shall not be affected.

There is nothing in this contract that does not include fraudulent debt

No person (whether legal or natural) who is not a party has the right to enforce any name or condition of the Agreement.

All allegations of fraud are referred directly to the relevant authorities without exception.

Product prices

• Prices for goods or services are current prices as indicated in the “Get a Partial Project” website.

However this price includes packing and shipping and CST / VAT only for other duties and taxes, insurance etc which can be charged as applicable.

• Sun robotronics has the right to adjust the price at any time.

• This price applies to worldwide delivery.

Document Data:

The program details provided with our kits are provided as a free service with Sun robotronics to our customers as relevant data. The information provided by us is provided in our format and is in a customized format for customers to modify and use as per their convenience. Sun robotronics is not required to make any changes according to customer requirements in the data set.

Video Tutorial:

The program videos provided by Sun robotronics are offered as a free service to help our customers learn in detail about our kits. We offer excellent video tutorials on all things. Sun robotronics is not responsible for providing any other video tutorials that the customer wants for any of our kits.

Injury Risk Conditions

The risk of damage or loss of goods passes to the Customer upon delivery or, if the Customer fails to deliver the delivery without good cause, at the time of delivery.

The title and goods of the goods do not exceed the Consumer until Sun robotronics has received full payment of the Price and all other figures due to Sun robotronics from the Buyer.

Credit Limit

All of our parts are tested and have no problems. If errors occur, we will select, modify or modify purchased products. Our obligation under this warranty is subject to the reasonable assurance that the equipment is defective due to substandard materials or art. We will not be liable for any damages caused by improper connection or improper use of the item. In addition, we will not be liable for any damages to a third party or to any equipment attached to the use of these products.

Sun robotronics is not liable to the Consumer for any representation, any warranty (reasonable or implied), condition or other name, any activity in ordinary law, or under the express terms of the Agreement, for: (a) any loss of profits, contracts business, opportunity, interest, income, expected savings, expenses, expenses or similar losses; and / or (b) any indirect loss, injury or damage; and in the case or of paragraph (a) or (b) above whether it is the result of negligence, breach of contract, harassment, or infringement or legal duty of Sun robotronics , which has arisen or linked to the Agreement.

Any other professional responsibility of Sun robotronics to the Consumer for contract, harassment, and negligence, breach of legal or outsourced work or related contract is limited to Price.

Project guidance support for kits

Online project support is provided by our support team from 11:00 am to 7:00 PM (working time). Please reserve a support appointment for technical assistance at least 1 day in advance. Instant support is also provided for system troubleshooting / dispute resolution for users requesting support on the same day if we have more support time for that day. Software-based project kits are eligible for funding up to 2 months from delivery. Electronics & Mechanical project kits are eligible for sponsorship up to 3 months from delivery.
