This paper presents a design of a medical assistant robot and human-robot interaction (HRI) in healthcare for a robot called Telemedicine - a robotic system for remote diagnosis based on real-time videoconferencing and stored in the electronic medical record. We would like to show our research to achieve the design of the first telemedicine system prototype and some first successful experiment, such as two-way medical teleconference to connect the doctor and patient, help to provide medicine to patients, finally support the doctor to find out the patient's condition with the help of medical record and remote moving platform . The robotic system has its own network, which includes individual patient-doctor and assistant-doctor communication channels, these channels are also possible separately. This robot can also automatically move to charge the dock to make sure the battery is always in top condition. 
