- You: The customer or institution purchasing from us.
1. Order Cancellation (7-Day Window)
You are entitled to cancel or return your order within 7 days from the date you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of return or cancellation, notify us with your Order ID through:

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, make sure that:
- The item was delivered within the last 7 days.
- The goods are unused, unburnt (no short-circuits or damaged pins), and in their original packaging.
- All original wires, documentation, and accessories are included.
- Custom-built minor/major academic projects made to specific student requirements.
- Custom 3D-printed enclosures and personalized fabrications.
- Electronic components damaged by wrong voltage input or reverse polarity after delivery.
3. Returning the Goods
You are responsible for the safe transit and shipping of returned goods to our physical center via a trackable courier:

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, or NetBanking).
