These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods, hardware components, DIY robotics kits, and design or training services provided by Sun Robotronics ("Company", "We", "Us") to the customer ("Buyer", "You"). By placing an order on our platform or at our workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General & Order Acceptance

All purchase orders placed through our website or physical store are subject to formal acceptance and stock verification by Sun Robotronics.
These conditions supersede any prior written or verbal discussions and prevail over any inconsistent terms provided by the buyer.
If any provision is found invalid by a competent court of law, the remaining sections of this Agreement remain in full effect.

2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All proprietary designs, custom circuit layouts, firmware code, trademarks, and documentation developed by Sun Robotronics remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sun Robotronics.

Customers are granted a personal/academic license to use the provided hardware and software for educational or prototyping purposes.
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, commercially reproduce, or resell proprietary design files or firmware without explicit written authorization.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices listed on the website represent the current rates and are subject to adjustment without prior notice due to component market fluctuations.
Applicable GST, shipping fees, and regional surcharges are displayed during checkout or invoicing.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is currently disabled for online shipments unless explicitly offered for specific local orders. Orders must be prepaid via verified digital payment gateways.

4. Project Documentation & Video Tutorials

Documentation Data: Circuit schematics, synopses, and block diagrams provided with kits are offered in standard editable formats as a complimentary service. Sun Robotronics is not obligated to provide personalized formatting changes for individual academic college templates.
Video Tutorials: Demonstration videos and instructional material provided are intended as learning aids. Customized or step-by-step video production beyond standard kit guides is not included.

5. Project Guidance & Technical Support

We provide dedicated remote troubleshooting and guidance to help students and developers bring their projects to life:

Support Hours: Online technical assistance operates from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday).
Prior Appointment: Please schedule dedicated code/hardware debugging sessions at least 1 business day in advance. Same-day emergency troubleshooting is subject to team availability.
Software Project Support Validity: Active technical queries for software/IoT kits are supported for up to 2 months from the date of delivery.
Hardware & Mechanical Support Validity: Mechanical and embedded electronics kits are supported for up to 3 months from delivery.

6. Risk of Loss & Limitation of Liability

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery by the carrier. Legal title passes upon full receipt of the purchase amount.
All electronic parts undergo standard pre-dispatch verification. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, overvoltage, improper soldering, or electrostatic discharge after delivery.
In no event shall Sun Robotronics be liable for indirect, incidental, academic grade impacts, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is strictly limited to the actual purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
