1. Dispatch & Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed and handed over to courier partners based on the following standard timelines:

• Standard In-Stock Hardware: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Custom Academic Projects / 3D Prints: Dispatched within 3 to 7 business days depending on fabrication and testing schedules.
• Delhi-NCR & Nearby Cities: Delivered in 1 to 3 working days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: Delivered in 3 to 5 working days depending on destination pin code serviceability.

2. Courier Partners & Real-Time Tracking

• We partner with trusted courier networks (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post) for insured transit.
• Once your order is handed over to the courier, an automated email and SMS notification containing the Tracking ID / AWB Number and courier link will be provided.

3. Shipping Charges & Local Pickup

• Shipping Calculation: Freight charges are calculated at checkout based on the total volumetric weight and delivery destination.
• Local Store Pickup: Customers in Ghaziabad and Delhi-NCR can select the local pickup option during checkout or coordinate direct collection from our Central Market workshop.

4. Delivery Guidelines & Address Accuracy

• Accurate Contact Info: Please ensure the shipping address, landmark, pin code, and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery delays or courier returns.
• Transit Damage: If the outer packaging arrives severely tampered with, take photos/video before accepting and notify our helpline within 48 hours.
